BY SENDING FORM FROM OUR SHOP MEANS YOU AGREE WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW:

▫️ I will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or delay that may occur while the item is being shipped.

▫️ FULL PAYMENT is required before processing the order.

▫️ PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Make sure to deposit or transfer the exact amount.

▫️ NO RETURN AND NO EXCHANGE of items.

▫️ STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS. You need to pay PHP 150.00 for every cancellation or else you will be tagged as a BOGUS BUYER/JOY RESERVER.

▫️All BOGUS BUYER AND JOY RESERVER will be posted on our social media accounts.

▫️ Failure to send payment = CANCELLATION (again you need to pay PHP 150.00 for every cancelled item); downpayment also will be forfeited for those who will avail the installment.

▫️ Extension of payment is allowed but with additional late payment of PHP 20 per day.

▫️ Replacement of items or refunds of payment will only be done if there are proven mistakes or damages done by the shop. Kindly provide video of opening or unboxing of your item. NO VIDEO as proof means no refund or replacement.
